Anthony Halby

Anthony is recognized in the prestigious publication “Who’s Who in America in Finance and Industry” He is a Past President of the California Association of Health Underwriters. He has also held various positions on the board of the National Association of Health Underwriters. Since opening his agency in 1971, Anthony has worked extensively with elected officials in both Congress and the California Legislature to enact laws to make insurance accessible and affordable. With degrees in both Marketing and Management, Anthony shares his expertise by teaching Continuing Education classes; including such complex topics as “Global Health Care Delivery Systems”. He holds licenses in both California and Nevada.
